When I heard the words, "...every breaking heart a throne..." (from "Little Things With Great Love) I could not get them out of my mind.
Even though this design is rougher than the delicate, humble, peaceful image that I carried in my mind, I feel it makes a strong and clear statement.
Everyone suffers. Some go through extraordinary grief. As Christians, we must not have hope in or fear of that which the world does. For the Christian, suffering is a teacher. The All-Knowing Immortal Trinity is aware of us in our trials, failures, guilt, and grief.
Let Audrey's lyrics and this simple shirt call to memory the mystery of suffering and the transformation and ultimate delivery for the faithful who keep watch for the Bridegroom who is coming quickly. He will right every wrong and wipe away every tear.
